This revelation came amidst ongoing rumors about his separation from former Indian tennis star Sania Mirza. Interestingly, this news followed a cryptic Instagram story from Mirza just a few days prior, hinting at a possible divorce with the former Pakistani cricketer.

However, in light of recent events, Mirza’s father, Imran Mirza, responded to the news, acknowledging the right of a Muslim woman to unilaterally divorce her husband.”It was a khula,” Mirza told PTI.
Since 2022, strong rumors have circulated about discord between Malik and Mirza, potentially leading to a split. Over the last couple of years, they’ve seldom been seen together, and just recently, Malik unfollowed the Indian star on Instagram. The couple, who tied the knot in Hyderabad in April 2010, used to reside in Dubai.
Meanwhile, Sana Javed, known for her roles in popular drama serials and Pakistani films, had a low-key wedding with singer Umair Jaiswal in 2020 amid the challenges of the coronavirus pandemic. However, reports about their divorce surfaced just two months earlier.
